What is a Careers Page?
A Careers Page is a dedicate page where you can showcase all your candidate packs.
Similarly to candidate packs, a Careers Page offers branding options to match your employer branding. You can also add a brief description of your company, agency or a brief introduction of yourself, and links to your website, social media profiles or a contact email address.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who can create a Careers Page?
A: Careers Pages are available to teams with active Careers Page access. A global Careers Page requires team-level access. A workspace Careers Page can also be created with an active workspace add-on. Availability depends on your team’s current entitlements.
Q: How many careers pages can I create?
A: Each team can create one global Careers Page for its organization and one dedicated Careers Page for each workspace.
Q: Can I set a custom username for this page?
A: Yes, you can create a custom and unique username for your careers page in legacy username mode. It will be available under https://role.so/careers/USERNAME.
Q: Will this work with custom domains?
A: Yes. With a standard custom domain, a global page in legacy username mode uses https://YOUR-DOMAIN.com/careers/USERNAME, a global page in organization-slug mode uses https://YOUR-DOMAIN.com/o/ORGANIZATION/careers, and a workspace page uses https://YOUR-DOMAIN.com/o/ORGANIZATION/c/WORKSPACE. With a root custom domain, organization-slug global pages use https://YOUR-DOMAIN.com/careers and workspace pages use https://YOUR-DOMAIN.com/c/WORKSPACE.
Q: Can I upload a custom avatar and a custom header image?
A: Absolutely! However if you decide to use the default ones, the platform will generate both an avatar and a header image for you automatically.
Q: Can I customise the look and feel of my Careers Page?
A: Yes! Similarly to candidate packs, you have the option to select one out of 12 pre-built themes, or to use you own brand colours.
Q: Can I choose which candidate packs to be listed on the Careers Page?
A: Not at the moment. A global Careers Page automatically lists all your published and non-archived candidate packs. A workspace Careers Page lists published and non-archived packs associated with that workspace. Individual pack selection is not currently available.
